Her father's profession in the army made for
a rather nomadic lifestyle for the Rodriguez
clan, who moved to the Dominican Republic in
1986, and then to Puerto Rico two years later.
When Michelle was 11, the family relocated to
Jersey City, New Jersey, where they settled
down permanently.
Michelle's performances in Girlfight, The Fast
and the Furious and Resident Evil cemented her
status as one of the toughest characters in
Hollywood. Some assault charges in the spring
of 2002 extended that reputation off the set
as well.
Acting talents, sultry looks and down-to-earth

Apparently Michelle Rodriguez hasn’t yet
left for France six weeks after completing her
grueling 4-hour prison term. There she was dressed
in skin-tight skins at the Mann Village Theater
in Westwood, energetically bouncing around at
the premiere of the movie "Miami Vice".
“Don’t get my butt-crack”,
she classily admonished photographers as she
bounded onto the riser.
Other famously rowdy types were more subdued.
Reportedly sober Colin Farrell played dutiful
son, escorting his mother, Rita, to the premiere
(although really, he may have been clinging
to mommy after a stalker confronted him during
an afternoon taping of the "Tonight Show".)
Bobby Brown was quiet, and even cracked a bit
of a smile here and there. |
