Name:Kirsten Caroline Dunst
Height: 5'7"
Birth Date: April 30, 1982
Birth Place: Point Pleasant, New Jersey, USA
Occupation: Actress |

Although Kirsten
Dunst is a young actress, her resume is just
as long -- if not longer -- than those of older,
more accomplished actresses. This talented marvel
is living proof that age is just a number and
not a measure of one's career and success.
Kirsten Caroline Dunst was born on April 30,
1982, in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Her mother
Inez is an artist, while her father is a medical
services executive.
Kiki, as her family and friends refer to her,
has a brother, Christian. Now that her parents
are separated, she and Christian live with their
mother, two cats and a dog named Beauty in Burbank,
California.
Also in 1999, Kirsten gave an outstanding performance
as Lux Lisbon in Sofia Coppola's directorial
debut, The Virgin Suicides, about the sexually
curious and rebellious daughter of overprotective
parents, played by Kathleen Turner and James
Woods.
Kirsten's 2000 films include The Crow: The Salvation,
Bring It On, All Forgotten, Luckytown, and Deeply.
The following year, she appeared in the romantic
teen flick Get Over It, the disappointing Crazy/Beautiful,
and as Marion Davies in The Cat's Meow.
In 2002, Kirsten hit the big time as Spider-Man's
leading lady, Mary Jane Watson, in the record-making
blockbuster, Spider-Man. After her role in Levity
(2003), Kirsten was seen in Mona Lisa Smile
(2003), Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
(2004) with Jim Carrey, Wimbledon (2004), and
again as MJ in Spider-Man 2 (2004).
And Kirsten only continues to be busy, with
roles in 2005's Elizabethtown, 2006's Marie-Antoinette
(as the title character), and 2007's Spider-Man
3.
Although Kirsten was rumored to have dated her
Spider-Man co-star Tobey Maguire and actor Jake
Hoffman, the headlines linking her Jake Gyllenhaal
are true. The two have been on anf off for several
years.
When not acting, Kirsten enjoys playing the
piano, listening to music (especially Jewel),
and playing softball. She currently resides
in Southern California and is working on her
own production company, called Wooden Spoon
Productions. |

Kirsten Dunst has been secretly dating Saturday
Night Live funnyman Andy Samberg, according
to media reports. The couple became close while
Dunst was filming Spider-Man 3 in New York City.
A source close to Samberg tells Us Weekly magazine,
"They've been seeing each other for a while,
but it's under the radar."
The pair, who hooked up this spring, have been
regularly spotted out and about near Samberg's
West Village neighborhood.
According to the source, Samberg won over Dunst
with his quirky sense of humor: "She just
thinks he's really funny. It's why all the girls
like Andy.". |
